WindowSplitter

WindowSplitter is a plugin control to create split view in forms. Has Xojo / Real Studio-style splitters, native OS X and Linux splitters, Outlook style splitters, and the ability to custom render splitters. Can compile for Mac OS Classic, OS X, Windows x86 and Linux x86.

• Added CursorSmoothing property.
• Fixed theme rendering of the grabber on OS X 10.10 Yosemite systems.
• Changed the timing on the InitialPosition event on MacOS targets. (We are not sure if changes in Xojo or OS X 10.10 Yosemite made it behave in an unwanted way.)
• Changed the compile architecture on Windows systems (fixing memory-unlocking issue).
• Updated internal old and deprecated APIs.
